Phase 1 highlights
The UK drinks industry is built on people: hospitality, creativity, expertise and community. But too many people continue to experience discrimination, harassment, exclusion, unsafe working environments and inconsistent access to support.
Since launching, Drinks United has focused on creating the infrastructure, insight and connections needed to support meaningful industry-wide change.

Leaders trained in
active bystanding
Through tailored, expert-led training, we guided leaders in building confidence towards recognising harmful behaviours, supporting active bystanding and continuing to build psychologically safe and inclusive workplace cultures across the UK drinks industry.

We ran the first independent, cross-sector DEI survey of the UK drinks workforce. Commissionedby Drinks United, administered by IWSR.
The first UK drinks industry wide baseline for workplace culture and safeguarding.

Leadership summit attendees
In November 2025, we hosted the first Drinks United Leadership
Summit, bringing together 72 leaders and champions from 42
organisations across the industry.
