The drinks industry needs a change.

> Too many workplaces are unsafe: Research points to over 70% of women in the whisky industry and 37% of women in wine experiencing harassment at work.

Representation drops at leadership: Only 25.8% of leadership roles in hospitality are held by women, and ethnic minorities make up just 9% of the workforce.

Smaller businesses can struggle to support their people: 60% of SMEs lack dedicated HR support to implement DEI practices effectively.

Drinks United is addressing these challenges with strategic, industry-wide initiatives designed to create a safer, more equitable future for all.

Safeguarding at Work: Are you Ready?
